Shipping to Israel , 5 item missing case any help ???
 

I sold 5 items to Israeli customer's couple of months back , last months they all with * item not received * case , is that possible ???
Or I was scammed ???

I sent all item's through canada post surface parcel , no tracking ... Is that possible to ask canada post for refund ???

I have all receipts & custom form completed but it's really confusing for me , I am a new seller who was offering free shipping world wide ( not any more thanks to israeli customer's ) ...

Any help please ???

You probably weren't scammed. Surface mail takes far too long to arrive and unfortunately ebay buyers are not that patient.

Not sure where you will stand with claiming against the Canadian postal service but good luck with it.

I used to offer cheap international shipping via Air Mail but the number of item not received emails I got (only from Italy) mean I now only shipped internationally via signed for air mail. It costs a lot more but the cost is paid by the buyer. I sell much less internationally than I used to but there's no more problems on that front.

I thought you were in the UK? Sure you can ask Canada Post for refund but usually surface parcel, no tracking = no insurance so I doubt you will get far on ALL 5 parcels...maybe 1 if you can talk it out.

Surface mail!!!! Wow, thats the slowest mailing option available with Canadapost, takes 2-3 weeks!!!

I have had the exact same problem with Israel. almost every time. I think either they are lying or the stuff is being stolen. I always mark the shipping slip with some generic item like a shirt or pants, not the high dollar electronic item that is in it. I now only will ship priority mail to Israel and of course they don't want to pay so I don't sell to Israel anymore, they're loss. but it is better than having to mail your stuff away for free! =}-
