Found my old account password back! but... :(
 

Hi there can someone please help me... I have found my old account details while i was looking thru some old books and gave it a try on ebay - i got my login name and password and email, which made me thru logging in. But the Date of Birth / mobile no. i have on it was wrong/⊗⊗⊗⊗ (as i created this about 6 years ago didnt know i need real stuff), but the name, email is correct (i can provide passport/ID to proof my name).

Now so i havent used this account at all back then 6 years ago, was very happy to see that i can get in it, but its asking me to verify with mobile whenever i try to edit my personal details to the "up to date" one.

Can anyone please tell me is there a way i can get my date of birth that i entered and mobile back ? Or even change it to my "real" one?

Please help me!

PS: i havent linked this to a paypal as well should i make one and link it with the real info, however the address and mobile would not be the same as the "old" one because i cant even remember what it was / also its ⊗⊗⊗⊗.

Can someone please give me a solution how i can go about to start using this old account again.
