| Nissan2nr22 | 08-08-2012 05:59 PM | Found a trick for at&t iphone tethering As of June 1st, my iphone 4s on at&t started giving the same ip addresses. It would cycle through about 10-15 of the same ip's over and over.
I read many people had problems with it. After a month of searching about what I can do, i figured out a fix on my iphone.
What I did was go to "unlockit.co.nz" and changed the APN settings to AT&T(wap.cingular)...Then under settings>general scroll to the bottom and hit apn settings to install it.
I then checked ip burger and my ip addresses are all completely different, running on AT&T's other network.
I think this can work for different carriers as well.
I'd recommend searching into changing your APN settings if you own an iphone and have problems with getting the same ip addresses.
Enjoy. |
