Moving to My own Web Page

I am sick and tired of Ebay and have set up my own webpage. I have a merchant account and want to know if the credit card processor will check to see if I am selling vero items? Thanks for any info.

I doubt it, I know merchantplus could care less as long as you're not scamming people.
