Second PayPal account
I have a PayPal account genuine that I've had for years but never did a great deal with only buy. I have a feedback of about 30 with 100%. I decided to start selling and changed my status to premier. I now want to start selling but with some after thought I think that I should have left my personal account alone and simply opened a business or premier account.
What's the best action
Change my premier back to personal account and then open a premier or business account
Or
Open a new personal account with zero feedback.
