unable to make payment with paypal account.
2 weeks ago i bought some stamps , payed for 2 and didn't pay 3 . then my blackberry broke so i couldnt tether for the ip. So i finally got my phone fixed and when i went to pay for the 3 items i didn't pay . I get a message saying that im unable to make the payment with the paypal account .
The gift card i put on the account is at 0 dollars could that be why? do you always need to have a certain amount of money on the card you link to your paypal account?
also to give some more information , by error i linked the same bank account to another paypal account , that was just made so its never been used , and when i realized it i trashed that account , i didn't even link it to another ebay account.
So last night i posted my first thing for sell on ebay and its still listed . its just that i can't buy anything . maybe i won't be able to take money out from that paypal to my bank? |
