paypal payment problem

Hi,
Whenever i try to pay i get this message.Whats the problem?How can it be solved.This is the latest issue in paypal i think.Help would be much appreciated.
This payment cannot be completed and your account has not been charged. Please contact your merchant for more information.

I got that on eBay when I tried to pay for multiple items at once. Paying for each one individually did the trick.

i am using paypal as a member means i have my paypal account and i only pay for one item.No multiple items.

NO.I cant get it verified.Can this be a ip issue.Does paypal detects which sites are you visiting?I read on paypal website forum that when they detect some suspicious activity then they block the payment this way and the message comes.I want to know what suspicious activity are they tracking?I login to multiple yahoo accounts from the same browser.Could this be it and i have a habit that i check my ip again and again as i am using VPN.IS this suspicious?

It is very simple, your paypal account is new, so you can not pay more than $70 or less per transaction, if you will try $80 or $90 it might work but your account will get limited, my advice for new accounts who received more than $200 from Ebay transaction do not spend more than $70/ day

No My account is 4months old.Can anyone please tell me an alternative of VPS.But not VPN cauz i already tried and didnt worked.Help will be much appreciated/

your account is 4 month old that is fine, but how many transactions you made in those 4 month, that is the question

For the VPS, I do not think you will be completely safe because you will never know if your provider giving you a new Fresh IP or a used banned one

yup that's right i think.But i checked my VPS ip and it is not blacklisted,so not banned too.Is there any alternative to VPS .Please suggest.one more thig i also made the account with AOL.Could this be the problem?

IF you are in the USA, why are you worrying about VPN/vps?

AOL correctly used is seldom a problem.

What's missing? We DO want to help. But if we dont have all the info it is hard.

Let's start here:

1. Paypal not Fully Verified, Must get this verified.
2. No need for VPS/VPN within the USA, stop using VPS/VPN.
3. Do you have sufficient funds in Paypal Account?

Hmm that use to happen to me before i actually went stealth. I found that sometimes if paypal are in the process of limiting your account that it wont let the payments go through. then when you do try log on/use paypal you're limited. Just my 2 cents but hey could be your browser too, sometimes these things cause problems as well.

what, if anything, have you done about your spending limits?

I have this problem also. I guess my acc get flagged for some reasons. New acc, or something else. My acc is veried both bạnk and cc.

Does not sound like the OP is being all open with the info to analyze/
