Login options for an offshore Paypal?
Ok, so looking for your opinions on this.
Say for example, someone wanted to open up a Paypal account, in a country that allows withdrawal to credit cards, let's say Latvia.
Now obviously, the login and ip will be from a different country, which would flag alarm bells.
What are the options here? I know VPN, and VPS services are very risky. I've also seen talk of internet enabled phones tethering, but surely these dynamic ip's would provide details of the country where the services are provided.
Any thoughts? |
