Does Your EIN have to match your business name and address?

Paypal compared your name to your SSN when you use SSN. Now when you upgrade to a business account they compare the EIN to the business name now.

My question is does paypal when you provide your EIN for tax purpose do they match your EIN to your "Both" business name and address. The address part can be a problem since i sign up as stealth on paypal....

Of course, whats the point if it doesnt match? Thats the whole point of EIN think of it as you new SSN

Will paypal check this? both the address and the name of the company? If name is right and address is wrong will the account go punished?

take note of this small gift.....

Paypal will 'note' your info & send that to the IRS.

The IRS will respond 'yes' meaning OK or 'no' meaning info not proven.
