does accountnow(metabank) still good for paypal withdraw to different name?

found here pp says wiredplastic meijercard and paypower sucks

also reachcard never show up my expose code

any other prepaidcards like

I have used most of these, some worked - some didn't.
Mangocard works well.
Upside card works too.
Bank Freedom worked

VIsion accepted the money - then the card people blocked my account so I couldnt use it till I submitted paperwork
Same problem w/ Exact card.

Rush card has higher fees.

walmart card does work.

I gave Walmart a NO, because when you receive the money on the card you can use it only within USA even the websites have to be from USA not internationally

just update to nFinanSe, purchased card is actual prepaid card you will use after purchase (not temporary), so all you need is register online with your info and thats it, but, i used nFinanSe on amazon and after few loads its ask you to contact customer service (you know what it means)

USA is ok, what about upside card?
