paypal funds available but not really
 

there is available funds in my pp, however when i'm trying to do personal payment it says please load funds to your account first, so its not available actually?

This is an issue I had recently when trying to send a simple £15 payment to a (genuine) friend for a payment owed.

I had several hundred pounds available but they would not let me send the £15 - personal payment - as it was deemed to be a security risk according to them...

Its paypal, they would not go into details, but needless to say I had to bank transfer the £15 to my friend.

My thought was this was down to the account being quite new and they did not like the idea of moving funds due with them getting no fees. But it kept asking me to add funds which made no sense whatsoever and in the end after several phonecalls to paypal, it would have made no difference.

I suggest you BACS the money or try an alternative payment method as I suggest that this paypal transfer will not happen.

Is your pp account verified and confirmed?

pp verified and confirmed, i were able to make payment today
