ok...new plan for merchant acct...Need Help!! :)

So, as I have outlined in great detail previously I am unable to get a merchant account. Is anyone willing to email me a blank "page" from their merchant account...whatever it is that eBay needs to approve you for a mercant acct?? I can take it from there I think...maybe w/ a little guidance from some of you. Anyway, if anyone would be willing to do this...or send me a page w/ your personal info blacked out or somethiong like that...please PM me!!!
