Had problem getting funds after 180 hold

I`am up to 181 days on Paypal hold on limited paypal account but still funds on hold in account.
anyone else had this problem?
do they have to release my money?

It's not a given it is released smack bang on the 180th day.

Why? Depends if you ever got the Dear John letter?

Depends on the actual reason for the permanent hold. They can refuse to release funds. You would be aware of that, usually.

This is a scenario that happened to another user: because they delayed in responding to the 1st advice of limitation, the actual 180 days started from a date some 6 weeks later.

I had this happen to me once over a year ago. I waited and waited, I tried to get money out on day 183. I finally was able too on day 190. Maybe give it some more days.

That happened to me many times. Money in my 8 to 10 accounts were not released after 180 days so i had to call paypal so they did it manually.

I believe, there is no reason to effervesce in your situation.

I had this problem recently. My account was way past 180 and i was slightly worried. I gave them a ring and was on the phone to them for no more than 2 minutes. I received a email within 24 hours telling me i could withdraw.

Give them a ring. I'm sure it will have a happy ending.

I gave them a call & just had it released.
