Can I sell on Ebay with PayPal registered in another country?

I have one Ebay account created in UK but PayPal registered in another EU country. Can I use this PayPal to sell a few things on UK Ebay? Will my verified PP not be limited when I log into it in UK to transfer funds to a bank PP is linked to?

It certainly raises an issue that Ebay and Pypal will look at - other than that I have no idea

This account is not for stealth. . The PP was created in another EU country but never had Ebay account. I've created Ebay account in UK to sell a few things as an experiment. The PP is verified and is about 6 months old. I wonder if Ebay or PP not would not be limited if used?
