Reward credit card

Can anyone recommend a reward credit card, that's good in the UK that I will be able to use to purchase things from DHGATE etc, without being charged for the exchange rate, as I've just realised my Barclays debit card has a 2.99% rate. Thanks.

I buy a lot on ebay to resell on ebay. Just about any card today will get you 1% cash back (at least in the US) and ebay will get you 2% back. 3% free money
