I got my EIN number /Partnership
 

Hi, I have good account going, legits and 100% happy customers, I want to pay my taxes legit.

I had this paypal tax info request for a month. Since the account is stealth. I sign up for ein as a Partnership. I got my number already today
I see on the irs thingie I got in the mail. on the paper it has my ein number, it shown my company name, my name and address....... as(example)
2 For The Money (company name)
John Doe Gen Ptr (What does "Gen Ptr" mean? i see this is added to my name)
20 N. Street NY NY 99991 (my stealth address )

I signed up as a Partnership for my ein. The tax number i put on paypal as business. I know paypal send a request that number checks out? My question is....Will this details include my company name and my name and my address? or just the company name and address?

Any decent tax professional will know everything they need to know pertaining to tax issues with paypal and working with online businesses. If they dont then they are not worth talking to at all. Contact a tax attorney, They seem to be on the ball with that stuff. They really aren't much more than other professionals for the time you need with them. Most of those questions can be answered with a free consult over the phone.

Ok... Do PayPal check your Ein number? With IRS
Do they check business name, your name and your address
Because my Ein has my business name on it, my name and address on it, that was freak me out? That my question thx

General partner within the context of you signing up as a Partnership as you've described above ???

The IRS can only verify information that you give to PayPal or Amazon. They cannot correct it, or expand upon it.

There is one match code for an EIN matching a business name, and another match code for an EIN matching the person who signed up for it. They are separate.

PayPal or Amazon COULD insist that you give them that information to verify, but in my experience, they have not - at least not for me.
