eBay Category Limits, hate it!

Hate these limits. Would it help to contact eBay Customer Support? Or just wait up? I have already separated the sales to 3 accounts, but all 3 got the category limits now :mad2:

Would you want to stick your head out so that your account is more visible to them?
Or would you prefer to be patient and let the limits raise on its own while you build a stronger history with eBay?

Would it help...

It would HELP if you searched the forums and make a self conclusion based on your readings. This has been discussed so many times...so many postings about people asking WTF do I do with my low limits?!?

Read...decide...expand your business.

I am not writing to be picking on you but you have to be about your business.

If you want - experiment...fail or succeed...then learn and move on.

Dont ask for business consultation advice like this :) You are BETTER than this.

Now that aside...how old are your accounts? You MIGHT want to consider doing your own website for better control of your sales, no?

I called in when I had this problem, got a real sweet eB rep to raise it up. I had over 50+ feedback positive all from selling the same item though. Try at your own risk.

Seriously RSOT, I'm tired of reading ur post. Come on, you don't have to type those crap if u think I'm wasting your time, and I didn't asked u to come in here and flaming.

I did search on the forum for a while before post this thread. The reason I still made the post:

1. All the threads I went through (About 4 or 5), are all from users in either US or UK, each country's eBay could have slightly different systems or rules, so I'd like to get help or opinions from members as Australian perspective

2. There are always different people on the forum at different times, the members who didn't see or replied to the previous thread might reply to my thread with new findings or their own experiences

3. Most of the previous threads were post outside of Subscriber areas, I personally look at this area the most which I believe lots of other members are the same.

I remember clearly seeing a thread few weeks ago, someone said: there are always new people on the thread, most people leave after they resolved their issues, and newbies with issues come in. I believe this is exactly how this forum is running and why it is exist. Which means, no doubt there will be plenty people asking the same old questions over and over. Good luck to you if you wish to flame every one of them. Hope you won't get bored of this.

Would the account hold up to scrutiny by ebay should you decide to call them?

If you think so go ahead and contact them, you never know what will happen unless you try.

rsot 09-17-2012 05:24 AM

@westcoast_d somewhat true

All that is missing is rsot and those wise words "all the best"

@westcoast_d,

If I were you, I will create another stealth(s) rather than call ebay.
