You have choice to link your pp or add card to your eBay account to pay selling fees

Go you Account/seller account/payment method to add your card.

If i just add it to my pp and link eb to pp to pay fees. Is this enough to make the eb account more solid? Or do i need to place the card on file with eb to do this?

usually adding to paypal works fine, if you are needed to add it to ebay as well, then ebay will request this when you try and list an item.
This is for a reimbursement payment method.

I'll just add it to my pp from now on as that sounds like its more than enough.

i have a prepaid card that links fine with ebay to pay fees however paypal reject it
