increase selling limit linking to old accounts, is this safe?

Hi all,

I've just met a guy which show me the way he increase selling limit of new account to 5000$/m by linking with old seller.

he ask me 120$ for each upgrade, he warranty that old seller id is unique. it's not too expensive but I have a concern:

Is this way safe for my account?

your ideas are very welcome.

You should be asking yourself is Russian roulette safe? Because that's what you are doing.
