Appeal Denied---and Back to Life!!!
 

Here's my story....I made new PP/eBay accounts...sold a high risk Vero item for $1700 within 7 days. Buyer made payment and the next day eBay and PayPal got limited! They asked to confirm bank/location/invoices/delivery/business info. So I did bank and invoices and then I rang up PayPal...and asked what was going on and was told its because of what I sold and for how much. Then they told me since I had provided the other stuff I just needed to supply tracking to verify delivery and once I give them that they will restore. Hung up and about an hour later I get an email saying APPEAL DENIED and my account is being CLOSED PERMANENTLY!!!!

So I log on but I still have access to my pp acct so I call them up and I don't mention the email I just feign ignorance and the limitations rep says the same thing...confirm delivery and we will restore....I gave the confirmation and my account was fully restored! How great!! I was worried be ause I've gotten many accounts limited but never permanently! So now I have access to my money...but I'm gonna take out half tomorrow and the rest when that completes!
