Attempting to upload docs..

All,

Currently trying to upload documents to a newly created account.

When I go into the Upload or Fax Documents and chose the file by clicking ' Browse', I then click Upload and it will sometimes upload the document OR will kick me back to the screen where it shows the steps completed etc.

Also, I can sometimes get past the first two documents uploaded then will send me back again. Didn't have this problem this morning however have had it before on other accounts.

I have cleared history to see if that would work but no... any advice?

Thanks

Might have to log off computer and restart in

PP has glitches from time to time.

Apparently there is a glitch on the ebay pages where you upload docs, I have been told this by customer services.

You can email the docs to accveri@ebay.com and remember to put in your subject field that it is EBAY UK you are working on, along with your full account name and reason for contacting them.

I made reference in my email to them that the verification upload section on ebay has some glitches, hence why emailing them.

Also worth a quick online chat and ask for trust and safety staff so that you can confirm that your email has been received.

Good luck!

No this is for PayPal, trying to upload I get to do the first document, sometimes the second and then it will send me back to the 'Upload documents' screen.
