Never Received my puchase, ebay or paypal claim?
 

Alrighty.....On aug 31, I made a pretty large purchase, a furniture piece I have not received it to-date and the seller has not responded to either of my 2 emails. His/her recent feedback shows LOTS of not received, no communication negs within the last few weeks. I have no choice but to open a claim but never had to do it on stealth so not sure which way is best....through ebay...or....through paypal? Any help would be appreciated.

You open up a case in eb & follow through on that as you would do for a non stealth a/c.

If transaction is through ebay and you attempt to file a dispute through paypal you will be pushed back to ebay anyway. They made changes a while back so that you MUST go through ebay.

try this:

PHONE the seller. Try speaking & seeing wtheck is going on.

Get the brush off ( as you more than likely will), then go to ebay. Forget paypal.

That way you can present a case showing how much effort you put into resolving the problem.

haha yea sometimes so focused on the bad we forget the simple things...

I would attempt to call the seller first but to cover your a$$, open the claim.
