I Purchased a PP account from here 21 months ago which I never used, never loged in. It was from jbluntz to be exact but he is not accepting private messages.

My question is the phone number attached to the Paypal account how can I use that in terms of redirecting if I don't even own that number?

You can't use that number. If you know the supplying company that owns the number, you can contact them and see if they can sell forwarding services for you. Otherwise, that number needs to be replaced.

You can replace that number fairly easily after getting some buying action on the account.

Just get a sim card if you have just the one account

Can't you just replace the #?
