Default How To Get an eBayer Suspended

Hey all,

Here's the story. I had an eBay buy something from me --- never paid ---i kept emailing, but I would get the run around (already sent, needed my address, what was my address again, etc. etc. etc). Anyways, this went on for about 3 weeks. Finally, I emailed and said that I needed the payment or I would have to file a non-paying bidder alert.

Well, they left a negative for me saying that I am a cheat, etc....

I filed the non-paying bidder alert hoping they wouldn't respond so that I could get it removed. Well, the last day, they responded with "I already paid" which is not true. I closed it and gave them a strike.

I reported it to ebay and they said it does NOT qualify for feedback removal.

eBay is forcing me to do this, but I want to know what you all think about setting up an account with this guys info and doing a bunch of stuff on ebay that will get it suspended. Hopefully they will be linked and shut him down....which would remove the neg. (All this is in the Stealth Book) -- I just wanted to know if anyone has tried this, what are your thoughts?? I don't like playing dirty -- but 1) this guy has it coming and 2) ebay has tied our hands!

its part of it; but not just the only thing --- same physical address would probably slam him if the "⊗⊗⊗⊗" account gets taken down for something serious like getting -4 feedback lol

Yep, that'll work. Mike, the coauthor of eBay Stealth came up with that idea, and it's worked for him many times. Using the same address, etc is almost an instant link to another account with that addresses. Go to starbucks or something like that, list a whole bunch of VeRo items and see what happens. Accounts don't link up all the time, but the times they do its sweet victory. Good luck!

If I have an email from the guy, can I use the header and create a "threatening" email and then report him to ebay? They say that is an automatic suspension. I feel rotten doing this, but they have tied our hands and have let buyers have free reign over us.

*** this just in!! I did the ebay header thing --- got response back that since the email was not through ebays messaging system, there is nothing they can do. Do you think I should try and send them a ⊗⊗⊗⊗ ebay message from the buyer???? you would think they would have all of the messages on file! IDEAS????

Hey all, I think if you want to get negative feedback removed, get a copy (headers and all) of the buyer who left you the negative. Change to text to something that will demonstrate that they buyer left negative feedback for the wrong ebayer and wants to chage it, etc etc etc Forward this to ebay requesting that your feedback be removed! Let me know if you need help getting the headers on the email.

yeah, the easiest is just to create a new buyer account, buy some random stuff, don't pay for it, get unpaid item strikes and get suspended.... woohoo

Also, what about using live chat, and purposely (while acting dumb) indicate you have other accounts that were previously suspended, or they were your sister's, brother's etc.
