amazon questions

hello all, new user here. i have come to grip that amazon is more than a stalinist regime, and i have come here for assistance.

1. i have a legitimate amazon account with 1000+ ratings (since 2005) and over the summer i set up FBA and didnt use my head and checked the 'commingled' box. little did i know, my good products were mixed up with faux/replicas that other sellers were selling. got the axe (suspended and funds held for 90 days without appeal) and i was using amazon to clear up to $200k/annually - now my livelihood is basically destroyed. they tagged me for selling potentially counterfeit items, and i had $15,000 accumulated for the before i got the ax and now its dwindled to $5000 due to returns and disputes. in exactly 7 days, i reach the end of the 90 day lock out period... i was wondering if i have any chance to get paid? my account is suspended permanently and i have ability to log in... do i get paid the next transfer period? (16th) or do i get paid on the 9th?

2. tax question - if i make an account on ebay with the same SS/EIN as the one used on amazon. and i dont make $20000/200 on ebay, but reached it on amazon... i dont get taxed on the ebay part because they dont report? or do they report still?

3. can a different family member open an account with the same computer and IP, put in different tax info and different bank account info and not get suspended? (wouldnt that prove its not me?)

1. /quote little did i know, my good products were mixed up with faux/replicas that other sellers were selling - hard to believe - Am az on does not mix up stuff. Don`t do FBA anymore. 90 days if you can still login - good that you are able to.

2. Don`t know about this - speak to tax professional.

3. I would recommend AGAINST that - keep everything clean and separate. That would not necessarily prove it`s not you - risk is risk.

1. Hard to believe man. I thought this is the reason they have their labeling system as they do and they charge you money for those labels too.

2. AZ and Eb are two different companies that have nothing to do with each other. I don't remember if it was emai or mail but I did get something from Eb last year for taxes.

3. Same computer = ban

I made the mistake to opt out on the label system because the item was new in retail box with scannable code already... so it 'commingled' with the replicas...
