VCC pay for ebay items
 
hello
i have ebay account and i have PP that connect to my Ebay acc.
can i buy at ebay and pay with VCC like entropay without login to my PP?

Unless your seller has other way of paying than by pp, you cant do that :(

for now its ok
but want to ship my buying item to US. Adreess and not to israel
i try to open a new US PP with the US. Adreess
i pay with my new PP but PP limit my new Acc. and held the payment

i afried that PP/ebay will limit my primary acc. :confused:

Shipping to an address that is not your own has to be dealt with by the seller or you get an appropriate IP for US and match up
