has anyone had experience using a us ip to run canada ebay accounts/paypal

If you want to get banned quick use a US ip on a Paypal related to a CA. eBay account

Dial-up would be the least detectable option.

Get Canada IP to be safe - I use dial-up and will vouch for it if you have the patience. Or Canada VPS.
