How to Do This
 

pardon my ignorance, but how do u file a mutual agreement. I have like 3 transactions where I have refunded or customer doesnt want to pay. Items ended it in 500$ or so so I have about 100$ in fees I'd like to see reverse. Ebay live help suggested me to file a non paying claim and explain to the buyer it will not affect them???
Anyways, I dont think so. I am sure they'll neg me so I would rather do a mutual agreement. How do u guys do it?

(Ebay doesnt make it easy to get your fees back)-- they actually call the form an
UNPAID ITEM DISPUTE--then you click on the drop down box--'weve both agreed" not to complete....
