I feel like i am being attacked
 

I am starting to think that other ebay sellers may be buying from me to give me bad ratings.

My TRS ratings are being killed off by customers that are either bitter or competitors nailing me.

I'm going to lose some TRS next month and i had one account nailed on for it but now it has no chance.

I hate the way all the power is with the sellers. Rant over.

Do I like that this has happened to you? No, I think it stinks.

But I do think you need go over the accounts, check everything & re-group NOW.

You have the reasons of being TRS & the fact holiday selling season is coming.

How can i defend against this?

Weeks ago i received a damning feedback from someone who never even paid for the item. The feedback said that i didnt send out and never replied to emails which was total lies.

I contacted ebay who said they can not do anything. They advised me to contact them and try to fix it. I phoned, text, emailed and never got me nowhere. It's happening too often for my liking now.

pfft,,, I put such notices on the back door of a very small room & throw darts at them.

Use your knowledge of stealth to deal with these folk. It's not difficult.

for the one who never paid, open a Non payment dispute.
And once it's closed, contact ebay again to see if they can remove the feedback.

What I normally do in this situation is simply mind my own business and just ignore.
I just don't have the time to play games like them, so I try to better myself instead.

These ppl will get tired eventually. But doesn't mean it doesn't stink to have to go through this.
