Bill Me Later, PP Credit
 

Several times i tried to sign up with bill me later as well as pp credit card just after pp sign up, no luck
all legit info
no bad credit
do i must have like selling/buying history to get approve??
looks like no approve for new customers

Your paypal account has to be a certain age B4 you can apply for the card.
That also means there can be nothing wrong with anything transactions wise...
What was the specific reject message?

Bill me Later is more involved. I am wondering if your user name is a hint for not being accepted?

You must be of legal age for the state in which you reside, you must be a US citizen.

Being serious for a moment too, you want to give a crummy bank 19% fees p.a. for Bill Me Later :eek:
