ebay ID problems after calling them
 

They asked me me for my address. I told them the address that was on my account. Then they tried to match the address up with the address that was suppose to be on my drivers license. I told them I was new to the area and they said can we have your old address, I told them hold on I would have to find it. Here was when I said pulled the battery on my phone.

I'm very confused. How do I confirm my eBay Identity if you have to match up your name with the name that is on a drivers license.

I don't have a drivers license anyway. . Thanks

Also My dad lives in the address in florida that I was used to live in before I was suspended on my old account. HOWEVER. My address on my old account changed to another which is where I live now, way before my account was suspended. Would that address that is on my dads drivers license still link my account even tho it was only used to be on a suspended account before it was suspended?. Also i think my dads drivers licenses is suspended right now currently. would that affect anything?. thanks.

Hey. no. This I.d thing is needed to lift a category limit for selling phones. P.s Eddited my first 2 post. Please reread them to get a better idea of what I mean.

Sorry but nobody has the time to search around to look for some old posts to find your posting history or life story.

You either have to wait for feedback for that category. That category is very hard to sell in and high risks of fraud. It will take time to get those category limits increased or just make some more accounts and spread your sales around.

Or find other ways to sell your cell phone, own website, or other platforms.

Wont affect things with pp but frankly, your story sounds messy.

So this is a another account after you stuffed up the one with your dad's info including his SSN?

Hey. I called them to confirm my identity. I got one of the questions wrong. My dads Height... Go figure.Anyway they lifted the limit anyway regardless of the fact they couldn't confirm my identity it looks like. /: ... I'm able to list as many cellphones as I damn well please now or in other words at least 10 . But I'm not sure if it's for this month only or what. ebay is weird hah.
