TRS - DSR Questaroonie

I have a TRS account but its DSR ratings now say its not gonna make TSR next evaluation. I needed 70 more trouble free transactions to squeeze into TRS.

Now i have easily sold the 70 items. If these are trouble free transactions will i make TRS this month? Or is this something i'd hope to be hitting on the 20th of november?

I hope this makes sense haha

Ebayorbust 10-19-2012 06:20 AM

Doubtful you'll do it, but good luck.

You'd need a really high feedback return with no further low DSRs out the 70 you need.

All it takes is 1 or 2 idiots and your TRS is gone - fair isn't it?

they_screwed_me_too 10-19-2012 09:24 AM

its more than fair IMHO

idiot buyers on EB ? no surely not

(and no a hint of sarcasm)

Absolutely agree with you. All my business accounts are TRS and as a result of the search ranking boost, I get way more sales than any of my competition.

Work hard at it arshavin - worth a try but honestly, I am with ebayorbust on this one - you might have waited too long to fix your problems.

arshavin 10-19-2012 01:49 PM

This rating came in about a week ago that pushed me over the edge. I've sold lots of items since then. Over the 70 needed.

arshavin 10-20-2012 02:26 AM

When is the TSR for the month updated? I thought it was the 20th!?

Mine still hasnt been updated.

arshavin 10-20-2012 05:16 PM

Sales have slowed to a standstill in the last few hours so feared the worst. Just logged in an i have lost TRS

GreenBean 10-20-2012 05:24 PM

Then get working to get it back for next month.

How often are you checking your seller's dashboard?

Are you following everything to take action of repair ( when needed)?

TRS accounts need this extra work

:juggle:

arshavin 10-20-2012 06:37 PM

Honestly GB i check my dashboard daily i am obsessed with it.

I must have the best refund policy on ebay. I refund before the buyer even has returns details. I Try and not give anyone a reason to leave anything bad.

If i make a mistake myself i try and fix it asap. Like today i receive a email from a customer that bought 4 items from me. They was unhappy that i sent one of the items in a wrong colour.

As i am scared of more bad ratings i have offered to refund the wrong colour in full and they keep the item. its probably silly for me to carry on like this but i want TRS bad!

rsot 10-20-2012 06:57 PM

Good work at it arshavin - hope it pays off - you do need to do something if you are dealing with lots of returns.

I hear you about wanting the TRS.

Where did you get dinged?

:spy:

arshavin 10-20-2012 07:04 PM

Item as described. I'm no expert but from what i can make out is that if you go over the 3 low marks then things can get ugly.

If this is clothing, that is often problematic....

Go look at your stock.

CAREFULLY check the quality.

See if YOU would buy it yourself. If the answer is negative, then source another supplier.

If 'colour' has been a problem, consider re-doing your listing photos.

There is likely some tweaks you need to do to get back to TRS
:peace:

arshavin 10-20-2012 07:13 PM

Some of the items happen to be faulty. This is a problem.

I'm VERY fond of you,arshavin.

But you seriously need a kick up your kyber.....

I'll say this as sweetly as I can....

Who listed the faulty item?

What went thro' the mind of this person?

Did they truly think a buyer was going to LIKE a faulty item?

Unless it is listed as broken, it has to be top-notch. If your laziness let you list then you only served to hurt yourself.

Sort these items quickly ,please
Read what the description of TRS includes. ebay expects the items to be in excellent condition
:peace:

arshavin 10-20-2012 07:22 PM

Hahaha thank you i happen to be fond of you too.

I dont send known faulty items of as perfect.

Sometimes it may be a faulty accesorie, other times a slightly faulty unit. Sometimes they could possibly be damaged in the post!?

I think its impossible to find the perfect item that is never faulty in any way shape or form.

arshavin 12-09-2012 04:04 PM

When we look in our Seller Dashboard and it shows the Transactions numbers. How often is this number updated please? It doesnt seem like its too often too me.

Yet i feel like if i get a low DSR then that hits the score board much faster. So am i right in thinking that low mark DSRs are updated way way faster than the Transactions numbers? If i am correct then it's stupid as it makes it that little bit harder to make TRS.

My best account right now is on a knife edge for TRS. I cant afford for this to not make TRS next month.
