So do you guys think the lawsuit and fraud accusations against BOA will have any effect on the way they let us bank and use their services?

Ha !

No.

It's a civil suit. An out of court settlement will be reached and that amount will be a fraction of what BoA profitted from the fraud and it will just be an accept cost of doing business, just like PP fees are a cost of doing business.

Until people go to jail for these crimes, nothing will change (in fact it encourages people to commit more fraud but to put a few percent aside for the settlement).
