Can't remember eBay details of new account...
 

I opened a stleath eB account a long while ago (just eB, not PP) and never did anything with it... Should be good to use as it has been aging nicely.

Only thing is, I can't quite remember the details! Password would need quite a few quesses and stupidly I can't even remember the email account I created! Might come back to me if I think hard enough.

Anyway my question is, if I need to recover the password and all that will it flag up my account immediately and therefore undo all the benefit of aging that it has undergone?

Secondly, if I use the same stealth address as that account but just let that other one go, will it matter?

Recovering the password will not raise any flags.

It's technically no better now just because it's been 'left alone'. A dormant account is like a dead jellyfish. It looks nice and harmless but pick it and piss around and it will still sting you. :croc:

The moment you start selling you'll be on the same ball park as every other brand new account...so be careful and don't get complacent.

If you don't remember the security questions then they won't let you reset the password.

yeah.... Will be needing a serious memory workout before I sit down and try.

The address is ok IMO, for me, so if I set up a second account for this same address using different name and stealth personal details then would that be ok, bearing in mind it's a name variation I used in the one I can't use..

If I used a completely different name then that would just be like a second person living there perhaps?
