risky item paypal holds how long does it last?
 

hi all new to the forums but a veteran on eBay , just set up 2 new stealth accounts eBay/pp for selling 200-300$ electronics I really need to get this hold off ASAP is there any way to expedite the holds coming off? is a 200$ item in consumer electronics too risky will that get acct banned ? I have gotten a couple accounts banned before just from listing first item over $100 it seemed . Any insight greatly appreciated thanks

Use tracking and hope for a quick pos-feedback. Or wait 21 days. Can't tell with Paypal when it comes to amounts. Sometimes they let 100 to 300$ items sell or they ask more questions...

Ah the usual guessing game craps roll of paypal I wonder if the 10-20 dsr makes a difference in the case of "risky" categories guess I'll experiment with these 2 accounts Has anyone had an experience being banned after posting first or second item over $100 in any high risk categories ? I always use tracking after getting ripped on very first stealth acct

Holds will last as long as paypal thinks your account is risky.

Not too hard to work out how to resolve that.
The usual ship quickly, tracking, stellar customer service
& a bucket to throw up in because of paypal's policies.

21 day hold isn't that bad, just accept it. Rolling reserve is worse.

Not sure if this was only with my pp or everyone BUT when I added tracking number in PP and marked shipped I ALWAYS got my funds a few days after delivery.

Maybe try that.
