No limits shown ......
I know that everyone says that even if you do not have any limits showing that your account does have a limit. Today I found out what my limit is. I searched and only saw one thing about the error message that I was receiving and it suggested to just call in. This is the message that I received:
"We’ve noticed that you have been selling more on eBay. We want to ensure you continue to increase your sales successfully. Before listing any additional items on eBay, please contact us to discuss your selling plans and goals. Please click here to acquire the phone number and PIN to directly contact eBay customer service and speak with a representative. Note: To acquire a PIN you must be logged into your account."
I was able to list just a few more items and then it was completely locked. I had to call in. The CSR was very nice. It took him a while to figure out what my problem was. After an hour of trying different things, he came back and told me that my limit was $15,000 or 500 items. He was not able to raise my limits. He suggested to wait until next month and see if my limits get raised.
This is my second stealth account that I created after joining this site just over two years ago. The account is TRS and Powerseller with all 5.0 DSRs. I cannot recall ever seeing a limit on the account. I still do not see one. He suggesting calling in at the beginning of next month to get my limits raised. I'm not sure.
Can I get suggestions please. Should I just let it go and see if my limits get raised again? Should I call in at the beginning of the month and see if my limits were raised automatically? Should I wait until the beginning of the month and then apply to have the limits raised? I'm not exactly sure what I should do.
Thanks.
