UK only - Nectar Card uses...
 

Lots of promotional banners around for collecting Nectar points while using eB.

Is there a way to use this to our advantage, make an account less ⊗⊗⊗⊗ by attaching a Nectar card to the account and using that around the locality of the ⊗⊗⊗⊗ address, in the ⊗⊗⊗⊗ name (paying with cash only!)?

Or will eB not be able to see this data due to the data protection act? Does Nectar card allow sharing of sales and marketing data between organisations so that they are all targeting their products based on the total sales data or just their own? (will have to look at the terms and conditions to see if it waves your rights for data sharing by all participants).

I doubt it gets shared, but not worth the risk.

Yeah I was thinking this the other day..i've actually linked a genuine nectar card to a stealth account..and had no problems whatso ever i think as long as the name's similar it isn't a problem. But i did think could you get linked by nectar card..and yep you most likely can make a ⊗⊗⊗⊗ one..

I would guess there's a whole range of things you can do too to make your stealth character more real - use other eb owned websites as your stealth persona on the same IP addresses, like gumtree etc.

Perhaps a pointless exercise in reality but you never know..
