Is this affecting your eBay sales volume at all?

Kind of early to tell since the hurricane just hit - hope not but likely will be....

Yes, I am in NYC, and posted that as my local for all of my listings.

I have awoken to a LOT of questions asking if I was affected by the hurricane and if I was, they would purchase elsewhere or wait for the issues to be resolved.

Thankfully, outside of the wind, I was not affected power/internet wise.

how about sellers that's not in the east coast?

Actually they went up today (10-30-2012) and still climbing into this evening.

We'll see how tomorrow does?

Not sure if it was the hurricane..... but for some reason this has affected one of my items to sell for CHEAPPPPP.......

Strange that I still got purchases from affected areas....

My sales went down 10-20% compared from last week. I am mostly getting sales from the mid and west coast. But my international orders, esp. Canada, have increased about 35%.

When does the holiday season sale craze start? Is it now (1st week of November) or in December?
