This is why when I get cease and desist letter from one of them demanding me to stop selling products and surrender I throw it in the garbage bin! What this scumbags are really doing is scare the **** out of you, hoping you know nothing about the law and then when you reply or call them back that's where they demand you pay them thousands of dollars.
