Help with starting VCC/VBA

Hey Guys, Im having a problem making stealth accounts!!
I have the 1st parts of making it, but dont know how to find VCC and VBA using my sealth names..
I see some of you are authorised sellers of both VCC/VBA but can I use my sealth names or??

How much does it cost to get started on my own and the cost of buying them on here!!

Im looking for the most cost affective way of making stealth accounts because they shut down alot..

I think 1st and foremost you need to spend some time figuring out why your accounts are getting shut down. No use on making accounts that will just get shut down.
