Withdrawl Using paypal's debit card

Hey guys Ive been lurking here for a while but Have I question I really need answered. I search this but no ones seems to have even talked about it.
I was wondering.... Could one with a paypal account apply for a Paypal debit mastercard (after the 60 days wait period).Then one would receive the card in the mail. From there one could simply withdrawl directly from their paypal account with the paypal card without having to transfer. Thoughts?

That's basically how it works.

The "downside" is that card is under someone's name so the transfer volume is all "reported/recorded"... if that's what you're getting at.

Wow really, thats the only downside, The only thing is that most places that let you use a card to withdrawl usually almost require a ssn. I wonder if my paypal is already made and in decent standing they will still ask for it. Plus im sure they will eventually ask for ID after you reached a certain dollar amounts of withdrawls.

Has any here ever used the card, what are yall reports on it?

How do you receive the card if you are using a stealth address on your PP account?

To my knowledge that paypal debit card has to be in your real name since they require SSN.

Yeah well actually I was planning on temporarly changing the address to somewhere close to me for when I order the card to be shipped, or just call them and tell them to ship to location X because Im going to be in tht town for a few weeks or something. I doubt that would be were the problems would come from.

They should ask for it before you sign up.

Your going to be asked for your SSN, no way around it. Also, changing addresss temp. is not going to work, neither calling them to ship to a different address. They will match your SSN to the address in public database and if it don't match their gonna want docs.

Yeah, they will ask for your SSN among all the other "background checks" they do when you're signing up. Good luck.

Avoid dreaming with paypal.

For this card they are very strict with ID.

Having an account in good standing barely counts.

Because of the patriot act, all SSNs have to be verified before any debit card is issued.

Just getting the card does not mean a passport to money withdrawal ad nauseum. Just be wise.
