Paypal info for refunds

When I refund an Ebay buyer through Paypal, what information does the buyer get from Paypal? ie. Do they just get the Paypal user account name or do they get name and address etc?

They only see the seller's name and email address on the refund information. The address isn't visible.

Can I ask you another way round?
If I sell an item on ebay and the buyer pays by Paypal, what information does the buyer see then?

they see your paypal email and also on ebay notice they see your name and town.
