Anyone using Woolworths card?
 

Hi
I've seen it mentioned on here, so do i need a woolworths card, to get ebay or paypal verified ?
as i thought I'd use bank account?
or is it that you need a type of debit or credit card for a selling account & is that what woolworths card is?
also can you send paypal payments to it instead of to your bank account,
are you able to withdraw from it like a bank account?

basically whats the main advantage!!

Australia is withdrawal to bank account. Unless you have access to USA accounts and similar options...US debit cards etc.

Go to Australia Post, buy a Load & Go over the counter. You do not have to register your real name or address or provide any ID.

The Visa Card has a BSB and ACCOUNT number attached to it which you can verify on PayPal. Maximum Load of $5000 every 30 days, if you have multiple accounts then the more money you can load.

Funds going into this account aren't under your "real" name and you can withdraw cash straight from an ATM machine (free from Westpac ATM). Nothing even touches a real bank account. ALL STEALTH. Works a treat.

Can I give a customer account name "load and go' bsb & number for a deposit ?

Can I withdraw from paypal into it ? instead of linking a bank account?

but does paypal still require a real bank account on file or can I use this one>?

I found it’s a great way to buy things online just like where Visa is accepted, on the instructions it says you need to type name in as Valued Cardholder, but I rang them & they said once registered you can use "Name", so therefore can use to verify paypal.

For bank deposits its different the name needs to be “loadandgo”
Have you been able to put this on file in ebay as banking for customers OR with a "name"?
Also have you been able to put on paypal as a linked bank account with a name or “loadandgo”?

Just want to let you guys know that Aus Load and GO card doesn't work as Bank account for verification. I have tried it, the code won't show up and you can only use it as credit card verification.

I have used it as a Bank Account Verification, it has BSB and ACCOUNT number I used that. It worked. Make sure you are entering the right BSB and ACCOUNT number on the Load & Go card.

And for sure only good in Aus and NZ then?

Do you mind to post the screenshot from your card 's transaction, just to confrim to everyone that it works before they spent 6.95$ for the card?

As I have tried 5 pcs of the load and go card and none of them work, the two small deposits from PP never showed up.

I am sure a lot of us will be very thankful if you can do that..

also i found out you can only ever deposit $20 minimum on the card, either at aust post or thru internet bank transfer,
so therfore deposits from paypal would be rejected?
a customer can only pay over $20 as well and name would be load and go not your name.
but there are still advantages, i can get money out of paypal without bank withdrawal !!
I'm about to use cc verification now,
just didnt know if i need a bank linked to paypal as well ?

Oh and seperately i used tollfreeforwarding and got someone elses number!!, i kept getting calls that i was selling a car, then found the ad online, i got account cancelled, they emailed to say they'll cycle the number back for someone else to use!, so now that poor person has a cancelled number.

No no no. I have withdrawn money from my PayPal account directly into my Load & Go account over amounts of $100. It states you can deposit $5000 maximum every 30 days.

I've had no problem with Load & Go and PayPal withdrawals or deposits account verification etc. You can go stealth on all your accounts and if you withdraw money from a WESTPAC atm there are no fees.

I've requested customers pay me via direct deposit (to avoid PayPal) and money has successfully been deposited into my Load & Go the very next day.

I'm not sure what everyone else is doing? It works fine for me I'm opening up another stealth and waiting for PayPal to send the two small deposits through. I'll let you know how this goes.

If you can post a screenshot from your Load n GO account showing the 2 deposits, it will be very helpful for us, as I have tried 5 pcs and none of them works. Not saying that you lie or anything, as it's not my interest, but I just want to confirm before wasting another 6.95$, and most of the AU members here would wish the same as I do. In addition, when PayPal asked about the Bank name, what did you use? Heritage Bank? Load and Go?

this is working fine for me and I have used these cards/banks with a few different accounts hard to believe you are having probe sky....

I am not sure what's do the trick for you guys, but as for the cards I had used. no deposits showed up even after today, it's been 30 days. I think it might be when PP asked me for Bank name, I used Heritage Bank and it didn't recognize that Bank.

Hi, i used mine for credit card verification (with a person name), not Bank verify, as it wont accept a deposit less than $20 !!

I can confirmed that the bank account PP verification is working (even with a deposit of less than $20).. I have 2 of my accounts verified..

i did the bank verification it did show up & I'm very verified uped limits!!

On 12th December 2012, AusPost Load & Go Card has placed limits on cash withdrawals at ATMs. Maximum withdrawal is $500 per 24 hours. But this limit does not apply when you "withdraw" from you Load & Go Card to make purchases online or to shop at stores with the card. Bummer. I love ca$h!

Card has always had a cumulative monthly limit of $5000 for load transactions.

Ah, they have a plethora of hidden charges....

Not always a charge for reloading but....

From time to time there is also the issue of ID... but I am not going into that. :spy:

Ask customer service to waive $4 fee for speaking with them about your card. They will do it.

Anyone had problems with cards being restricted?

Mine is perfectly fine..

Had a few of mine restricted can see no reason for them to do so and not get any info from them over the phone. Frustrating

Eb/pp restriction or Auspost/load&go restriction?

Load & Go restriction seems odd as the original load money still on the card and only used to verify PP account.... most odd (I think)

Ah Been waiting for the sainted GB to chime in, I think it must have happened after the 28th 4 load & go accounts seem to have all gone down at the same time. I opened these all on the same day which is about the only thing they have in common. I was not being particularly stealthy dealing with them as can not see the need when dealing with these cards. Others I have are fine (touch wood) so far.

Forgot to say I'd be grateful for GB's 2 bobs worth on this....

I just created x 2 eBay Stealths and x 2 PayPal accounts TODAY so I'm waiting for verification from PayPal and see how this goes. All my accounts (fingers crossed) are fine. Things have changed they no longer call a mobile number you put down to subscribe as a new ebay user and give you a password just an email confirmation does it and put in any mobile number on a $2 SIM pack. PayPal charge your accounts $2 flat and send you a message on your credit card statement for verification now, then reimburse they $2 once everything is verified. Hopefully that was all a New Year's hangover glitch and they haven't restricted Load & Go Accounts!

RE: Load & Go restriction, I have finally been able to find out why some of my cards were restricted. The small deposits made by Paypal raised some red flags. Had a good yarn with the customer support guy from Aus post (who is in Vic) not the initial call centre operator (who is in Scotland of all places) who lifted the restrictions said they like to call the card holder rather than the card holder calls them. I got on to the original call centre complained like crazy and they said they emailed Aus Post and then Aus Post will call directly. Now all good.

All my stealth accounts are good. PayPal verification all good.

My eBay Paypal were all good to the problem was with load & go. In a nutshell certain things will trigger a card restriction. It takes awhile up to 5 working days from the time you complain but so long as the phone number you registered with the card with can receive a call from them it is quite painless and they do not care if you have more than one card.:heh:
