New way to Cash out Paypal without "real" Bank account
 

Hey just wanted to inform you guys i just figured out a new way (at least new to me...) to cash out/withdraw from paypal without needing to have a Real Bank account...

On ebay, search "walmart gift cards".... purchase as much as you can with what you have in your paypal. After you receive the card(yes, you will need to have access to the address on your account to receive the card).
Go to walmart store/walmart.com and purchase a vanilla visa gift card with the Walmart gift card....(Keeping in mind that you could just Buy what you need off of walmart in the first place, BUT if you have bills to pay and need a cc, this is the way..)


Example...
buy it now on a 500$ gift card...
ships to the address on your ebay/paypal account...
Receive it....
1. Just use the card to buy what you need off of walmart in the first place
OR
2. Purchase Vanilla Visa Gift cards with Walmart Gift Card..
OR
3. A combination of 1 And 2...


Just some info for you guys out there with Bad Credit/Chexsystem or Dont wanna have 39171484 bank accounts :yar::typing:
Only "catch" is that you will need to have access to that shipping address otherwise, you will be making someone really happy :)

I like it. I can only think of 2 problems that could possibly happen.

First, looking for big ticket items like a $500 card may get you tied up and sca.mm.ed out of money. Second, spending high amounts like that on unrecognized IP addresses will get the payment frozen/reversed in PP and force you to reverify all of the information in your account.

Have you actually purchased some of the larger amount auctions yet?

Again that's why I stated u must have access to the address, shouldn't be too too hard, we all have friends could have at least a couple addresses u have access to deliver the item it's not that hard give them 10$ ton have something shipped there

I have done it bout over 700$ worth of Walmart gift cards on eBay and went to Walmart.com and bought gift cards, yes there's a 6$ convenience charge for a 200$ vanilla visa gift card, but it's not bad if u have no other way of withdrawing (opening too many bank accounts in a short period can trigger flags in chexsystem even if ur not in it)

Why don't you just add a bank account? :noidea:

Don't understand how that's risky. You're just purchasing off of eBay. After all that's the point of eBay

One problem might be the delay to get the walmart cards, since it seems all the big amount cards are held for 3 weeks before shipment. Unless you can find someone with multiples and gain his trust.

Walmart.com takes paypal directly, but I'm not sure if they only ship to confirmed Paypal address?

The point is to avoid their website. We all already know that is proven to cause major troubles.

You're saying you've done this already? Or is this just an idea?

Stores typically do not let you purchase prepaid vanilla cards with store gift cards.

is it available in UK?

Just get a cheap website with a donate button that isn't connected to PP or you can do it that way too. There you have one bank with lots of different avenues, if you think alittle.

Or a better way is just to go to Wal-Mart.com. Go to gift cards tab & find the Vanilla Visa cards....add to cart and check out as a guest using PayPal.

Ship it to yourself. I've been doing it this way for quite a while now and have never had an issue.

I've even done the Site To Store pick-up and it works like a charm.

I've never had a delay in shipping ordering. I only order up to the $200 Vanilla Visa gift card though. As for checking out as a guest using PayPal, I always put a different address (and name for that matter) than my confirmed PayPal address and never been questioned.

ive done this before, in the beginning it works fine but even then, Walmart seems to want to call to make sure this isn't fraud or anything , hence makes PayPal call u
I've had times when I missed PayPal call and BA BAM, account gets limited
And it just seem to happen to 90% of the accounts that I used to buy the gift cards directly off of Walmart with PayPal. (Seems as if Walmart shares info with PayPal) in other words, when input in a different address then the one on ur PayPal, PayPal sees as someone ELSE using that account and limits u

I have Personally done this before with a 450+ Walmart card, and card with 200+ Walmart in store credit. Walmart gift card and in store credit BOTH works

Exactly I've had multiple accounts limited when I use a different address on Walmart for some reason, best to just avoid it and be safe then have ur money frozen for 6 months

Depends who you buy it from, plus I could always see that as a savings account in a way, making sure you don't use that money up.
However I don't like waiting all that time, so just make sure you are buying from someone who ships is with less then 7 days is always good

I guess I've just been lucky with Wal-Mart then...knock on wood!!!!

This is a long way lol why not jus get 3v lol
