hi all,

i'm one week with my stealth accounts now. sort of try to run test accounts first, before try to register them all as business to get EIN.

i have this idea: can i just open accounts with a whatever dba and claim them to be LLC, then later on, when it runs good and time is ripe, i then go to register that same named dba/llc, and add the paperwork when asked?

that case i save money and time - coz within 6 months you probably won't know if the account will go strong, you might kill it by beginner mistake, right? i heard ebay and paypal doesn't care, if you say you are a llc, then you are. i just did one, they didn't ask any questions. guess it's just a bit headache when it comes to an identity check down the road, depends on what proof they will ask. but if it only takes a few days to get your reall llc ready, it won't be a problem right?

Any guru give me advice? what paperwork would ebay/paypal ask? thanks!
