Default How to cash out paypal using gift cards

Simple method:

Go on ebay, search for gift cards to any store you can
buy visa / mastercard / amex gift cards in.

Buy gift cards for a lower price.

Exchange for a visa / mastercard / amex gift card

Cash out paypal.

I currently know you can buy visa gift cards on walmart online, in stores
I think you can buy one on walgreens and target. There should be enough people willing to sell their gift cards for a really lower price than face value so you won't lose any money.

There are also a lot of people directly selling amex and visa gift cards with BuyItNow but they go out really fast.

You can cash out A LOT of money doing this.

there is similar thread going, re walmart, but the address thing is an issue. the e vouchers are better but rarer to find....

any accessible address I would have would have a bank attached, I would class it as a main account. Non accessible address accs they are more disposible and those are the problem ones. Paying supplier is always useful....

I'm talking about buying the walmart gift cards
from ebay - not from walmart, it shouldn't cause
that much issues.

Walmart.com you can purchase eGift cards that are emailed to the recipient. They can be printed off and used in store or online.

I have recently done this and have had issues purchasing at e gift cards walmart.com with pp. The payment was canceled. I tried again and got the same result.

You'd come out better and save money by buying through one of the gift card resale websites that accept paypal. You can buy gift cards below face value and also receive bulk discounts. They usually have good egift card selections as well.

When youre buying those gift cards, you simply go to walmartgift.com and put in your address for that specific card. I have done a couple paypal card verifications with those walmart Visa cards. The same goes with the greendot, vanilla, etc. Once your address is set up on those cards, you can then use it. Only thing is, as of now the only method to fund my paypal is via bank account or "moneypak"...it won't let me fund via card. So this method would not work for me.

It's so much easier to use target, best buy and walmart "site to store" I use all 3 sometimes. Bestbuy is my favorite since you can order anything that's in stock in the local store, pay with paypal and go down and pick it up the same day: ipads, macbooks, ipods etc.

You don't need to show ID when you pick up items Flappa?, or just receipt?

Do all three of these stores accept paypal on their sites?

It is just shopping. Works like a charm everytime. Do keep in mind that there is a daily spending limit of like $3500 or something like that. It prob varies from person to person. But cash back DOES count against daily spending limit.

Just thought I'd pass that along.
Mega, is this done with pp debit, walmart giftcard registered to PayPal, or Walmart egift?

So all this is for you people who can't get bank accts?

A USA PP without a bank acct limits sending money up to 2000 bucks right?

So after that you just abandon your PP/Ebay acct? Or can your just keep buying as you guys suggest without a verified USA PayPal?

Not just for those without bank accounts, but rather instant access to goods. When you have an emergency and can't wait three days for a PayPal transfer to bank account to buy cat food...jk

They have an option to have a friend pickup for you, you act as the friend and use your real name then yeah they'll ask for your id but you used your real name so that's not a problem.

Is it just me.....or is it INCREDIBLY hard to get eGift cards from Walmart, Target, Best Buy, etc...without the order being mysteriously cancelled?

I mean....I can try to acquire one for as little as $5 or $10 dollars with a fully verified account and they fail. I have tried this over MANY accounts and that is always the end result. I've even had accounts limited after denials from Walmart.

I gave up trying.

Just a little updated info. I got my legitimate PP account limited for send money to a relative who had a PP Debit Card. They would cash out immediately for me when I needed quick money. Also they pulled a dirty one on the relative. Any previous transaction where I had sent money to them PP said it was unauthorized and reversed the charge which left a negative in my relatives account. Which I am sure is illegal. Also tried to buy a Walmart gift card a couple of weeks ago with a legitimate account and it got canceled with no explanation. never tried again.

Has anyone else had this issue? Now I'm afraid to try it.

I just recently picked up a 32gb ipod touch from walmart and had the same one delivered from target, I had an order canceled once from best buy after ordering an ipad but I just called them up and they were more than happy to fix it for me.
