OZ Paypal questions of limitations
 

several times i have tried to pass these by supplying invoices but no luck.

They always seem to permanantly close my paypal account rather quickly, I know they are not even calling the supplier.

Is it possible to pass these checks ? To be honest i have sold a few vero items. but on one account i sold 4 dvd's - 2 each of the same one, that's all. And i could not pass

It seems they have made their decision to close your account when they ask for these documents. Seems impossible to pass.

On a side note , why do they ask for 'supplier info'?? Surely they would see that information on the reciept. Also, you must upload the info in the form of a .jpg file. WHY? Surely just writing some text with the name / number of the company is sufficient.

Would be great to know if im just wasting my time trying to pass these checks

What type of limitation do you get from paypal?

What has been the basis for them to limit you?

If DVDs have been the items, then it's a gray area if you would be successful. Has happened but very much depends on each case.

Many people are able to pass these checks by supplying the info you mention.

I would guess that your invoices are maybe not as good as you may think. I say this based on your assumption that they are not contacting the supplier, so if the invoices were good enough then they would be sufficient to pass.

On the other hand some goods are just not liked by e/b regardless of the authenticity of their source.
