confirm paypal address
 

dose anyone have a PP link to upload doc's to confirm your address.
when i go on the lift limits.
there all green ticks and lines accross them all
but still at the £1900 receving limit per year.
and no options to upload any docs.
this is a stealth account with no access to address so postal is not good..

Normaly you would have to click on the 'Raise Limits" link which will take you to the 'Confirm Your Details' link.

You then have two attempts to confirm your ID by electronic check which will of course fail if you have a stealth account.

You will then have a link option to submit docs either by fax or upload.

If you have already followed this process then you just need to wait it out for them to review the docs.

You can also use the 'Contact Us' link at the bottom of the page to email them if necessary.

Yeah if they all crossed you normally have to just wait for them to review

Thnks ,,but it has been like this for months.
got bank account and credit card confirmed but still all this below on the lift limits page with no links or info what to do next.

Then according to that the limits have been lifted.

You either need to call them or email them if it is not showing as such on your account

It's a common glitch with paypal. Do as NoneOther has suggested and give them a call to sort it. If you don't, although you have lifted your limits, you will still be temporarily limited when you hit £1900. They will remove it when they manually review the account.
