PayPal dispute problem.

I have a dispute for non-received item.
I have a receipt from my post office, signed from buyer that the package is delivered. I uploaded this document in dispute.
When my account was suspended i added this receipt as proof of delivery and it was accepted.
Do you think i will win this case, because i'm sick of that kind of buyers ?

I would think so... Especially with signature. I have lost with tracking confirmation showing delivered without signature....

You should be able to win - keep pushing and be patient, Resubmit the proof if needed.

As long as the address is obv the same as the buyers pp then you'll win with signature most likely
