Hi, levi6482

Used to be we thought it much better to have IP addresses within a reasonable distance of the address of the stealth account.

Active practice from many users, including myself, has shown that it is not such a great issue to have an IP address showing to be miles & miles away from the actual location.
( Today my IP is merely 80 miles from my real location. No issues).
It has become accepted that ISPs will give users IP location miles away. ebay/paypal are well aware of this. They look at other aspects of the account. If the account is made with user account & cookies etc there should be no problem
Using aspkin's great creation, IP Burger - Track Your IP Address!, will be a good aid in tracking your IP.

You've thrown me ...are you using a VPN? If so, why? Tell me more please
:pop2:

I've been using ip burger for some time now & its great....so are you saying that i should go from the address that is stated as my ip address on ip burger?? not my own personal location?? I am using a dongle & to be honest i have no idea what a VPN is lol.

The Ipburger application will show you what your current IP address is.

I usually make sure that it is from my city or a city very close to mine. Cause Ip's are harder for me to get hold off now a days.
